We are here to live with kindness and compassion for all. That includes caring for our own flourishing, as well as extending our care and commitment to the flourishing of all beings and the planet. The great news is that the healthiest way of eating for our own emotional and physical well-being is also the kindest to animals, and most sustainable and renewing for our planet.
